Our no-motor boat lake makes for clean & safe swimming, kayaking or canoeing. Yoga & massage available at Grail Springs Spa across the lake. Or, explore the many nearby parks; Silent Lake, Warsaw Caves, Eagles Nest, Algonquin... ect. MATURE GROUPS AND FAMILIES ONLY.

House Rules

*Please notify us of any pets as $50 pet fee does apply
**$250 Security Deposit will be added to your final bill

Long weekends require a minimum of 3 nights booked. Summer Rentals: Require minimum 7 day rental Fri-Fri.

House must be left in the same condition as found. All sheets, towels and garbage must be taken with guests upon departure. Local dump is open FRI,SAT,SUN,MON. Please do a sweep through and make sure any messes are cleaned before leaving. Additional cleaning time required for messes left behind will be charged at a rate of $50/hour. $20 fee will be charged per garbage bag left behind.

Local bon fire bylaws must be monitored and followed. No wood/plant debris on the property is allowed to be used for fires.

Not suited to parties or noisy groups.

The space
Beautiful views, quiet lake and proximity to town make us the perfect vacation destination! We are close to many stores for groceries or any amenities you may need. We are also located in the land of off road trails if you want to bring your sleds, side by sides or dirt bikes! We are located on Spurr Lake a very clean and quiet lake with fishing of small mouth bass and sunfish. The area around the dock is clear of weeds and about 6 ft at the end of the dock with a sandy soil bottom.
Guest access
Full access to acre property, private lake access, 2 fire pits, 2 small kayaks and 2 docks!!
Additional notes
We ask you bring your own sheets and towels, but we will provide the following:
-Pillows
-Blankets
-Water Jug

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS: minimum 3 night rental
SUMMER RENTALS: 7 night minimum rental (Fri-Fri)
WINTER RENTALS: 4 wheel drive recommended for winter road conditions as there is a steep hill to pass to access the cottage.
