Enjoy the drive through rolling hills to Boulter, 30 mins b/w Bancroft and Barry's Bay where there are many cute shops and restaurants to discover. The large treed lot is 2 minutes to the gorgeous sandy beach at Fosters Lake with picnic area, playground and ice rink. Bring your Canoe or Kayak to explore kilometres of the York River. The area is dense with wildlife and close to many ATV/Sled and walking trails to explore.

House Rules
*Please notify us of any pets as $50 pet fee does apply
**$250 Security Deposit will be added to your final bill
Long weekends require a minimum of 3 nights booked. Winter Rentals: trailer is closed in the winter/cooler months .
Cabin must be left in the same condition as found. All sheets, towels and garbage must be taken with guests upon departure. Dump 1 min up the road and is open Saturdays and Tuesdays.
Local bon fire restrictions must be monitored and respected. No wood/plant debris on the property is allowed to be used for fires.
If additional time is required for cleaning before the next guest checks in you will be charged at a rate of $50/hour. $20 will be charged per garbage bag left behind.
